Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1.7.2025
By accessing this website or engaging the services offered by Chesa Inox, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all inquiries, purchases, consultations, workshops, and collaborations.
1. Services and Availability
Chesa Inox provides consulting, product development, custom fermentation workshops, and limited product sales. Availability of services or products may change without prior notice. Booking or purchasing any offering implies agreement to these terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, formulations, and workshop materials—is the intellectual property of Chesa Inox, unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
3. Workshop Participation
Workshop participation is confirmed only upon payment or written agreement. All workshops include theoretical and practical components. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund; later cancellations may be non-refundable. Chesa Inox reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Consulting Agreements
Consulting services begin only after a written scope and payment structure are agreed upon. All project content, formulas, and documentation shared by Chesa Inox remain confidential and proprietary unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Clients may not reproduce or share materials without consent.
5. Custom Product Development
Custom solutions are produced under a separate agreement defining timelines, responsibilities, and commercial rights. Clients are expected to supply accurate information about desired applications, usage environment, and ingredient parameters.
6. Product Sales
Products such as koji or finished fermentations are produced in limited quantities and may be made to order. Shelf life, storage instructions, and intended use will be communicated at time of purchase. All food products are sold as experimental or culinary-use items unless otherwise certified.
7. Liability
Chesa Inox is not liable for any improper use of its products or for results arising from processes implemented without appropriate training or supervision. All fermentation practices carry inherent risks, and users assume full responsibility for following safe and hygienic procedures.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Personal information submitted via inquiry forms, email, or other means is used solely for communication regarding services and will never be shared with third parties without consent. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising in connection with the services of Chesa Inox will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Milan.
